Record-breaking career fair unites BSBI, Gisma and UE student talents and top employers in Berlin

On the 6th November, the University of Europe for Applied Sciences hosted the GGG Autumn Career Fair 2025 at its Berlin campus, in association with Berlin School of Business and Innovation and Gisma University of Applied Sciences. This was the sixth Career Fair organised on behalf of GGG and the most popular one yet, with an estimated 1,150 students and alumni from BSBI, Gisma and UE, along with 31 organisations in attendance.

The morning activities programme included individual presentations from brands such as Minor Hotels, Phillip Morris, Tata or SAP, CV checks with Careers Advisors from the three Schools, a professional photoshoot and career guidance sessions with recruiters from Talent Crunch in Berlin.

Students met with representatives from banking, manufacturing, government, recruitment agencies, software, e-commerce, design, hospitality and other.

Aviad Thenhaoser, Head of Career Development Centre at UE, said: “It is absolutely amazing to witness the growth of this career fair, and to see the fruitful collaboration between the three entities reflected in the increasing number of participating students and organisations.”

After the main event, the visiting organisations and hosts took part in a professional networking session in the UE’s cafeteria, sharing their experiences, feedback and discussing avenues for prospective cooperation.

Next edition of the Fair will take place at the UE Berlin Campus on 28th May 2026.
